Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy in Melbourne & Online
Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel like you?
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. Many people come to therapy when they feel disconnected from themselves, a bit lost in life, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together.
I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming individual therapy for adults seeking a calm, compassionate, and affirming space to explore what’s happening in their inner world and relationships. Our work together is thoughtful, collaborative, and gently paced, supporting you to reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.
I particularly support people who are navigating:
• Anxiety, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm
• Burnout and work-related stress
• Grief, loss, and significant life changes
• Relationship stress or recurring relational patterns
• Identity questions, culture, and belonging
Therapy with me is grounded, reflective, and collaborative. Together we explore what you’re experiencing, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and gently develop insights and tools that support meaningful and sustainable change.
I offer in-person individual therapy in Footscray (Melbourne | Naarm), as well as online therapy via telehealth across Australia.
I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. You’re welcome to book a brief connection call, a relaxed and no-obligation conversation where you can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and explore whether we might be a good fit.
You can get in touch or book a time to connect using the button below.

Footscray or online via Telehealth
In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for support with. There’s no expectation to have the “right words” or a clear idea of where to begin or where you’d like to be. Together, we’ll start to map out your therapeutic goals and shape a way forward at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of your experience.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Some sessions may involve reflection and conversation, while others may include simple tools or practices to help you feel more grounded and supported. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and attuned to what you need.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. If it’s helpful, you’re welcome to bring questions or concerns, or simply arrive as you are. Over time, our work together focuses on understanding patterns, building insight, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
