Areas of Support

Below are some of the experiences that I often support people with in therapy - but you don't need to fit neatly into any category to reach out. You are welcome to get in touch with any questions, or to book a first appointment by using the button below.

Burnout and Work-Related Stress

When you're tired in a way that doesn't ease with more rest - and everything feels heavier or more overwhelming than it used to.

Anxiety, Perfectionism and Overthinking

When your mind feels constantly busy and restless - even when you're high functioning or things 'look fine' on the outside

Trauma & Trauma focused Therapy

Trauma can come from overwhelming events, but also from repeated experiences of not feeling safe, seen, protected, or supported. It can affect the way you relate to yourself, others, your body, and the world around you.

Relationship Stress & Repeating Relational Patterns

You might find yourself feeling stuck in the same relationship dynamics and want to change how you show up for yourself and others

Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Loss and big life changes can leave you feeling unsettled, disconnected and disorientated. You might be navigating grief or loss alongside changes in your relationships, environment, health or sense of self.

Identity, Culture and Belonging

You might feel caught between cultures, roles or expectations - unsure where you truly belong. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with all parts of you so that you can feel more at home in yourself.
